Privacy Policy

Information you submit. When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. If you fill them in, we also collect your organization and the inquiry type you select. You choose what to put in the message field; please do not include sensitive, classified, or export-controlled information in it.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is requested, which typically include IP address, browser type, the page requested, and a timestamp. These logs are generated by the infrastructure serving the site and are used for security and reliability.

We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, or any other tracking technology on this site, and the site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. If our hosting provider sets a cookie that is strictly necessary for security or load balancing, it is not used to identify you or to follow you across other websites. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not collect information about you from other sources.

We use what you submit to respond to your inquiry, to evaluate whether there is a fit for a demonstration or partnership, and to continue that conversation with you. We use server logs to keep the site available and to investigate abuse.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not add you to a marketing list from a form submission alone.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose it only to the following categories of third parties:

• ·Email delivery provider. Contact form submissions are delivered to us by a transactional email service, which processes the contents of your message in order to send it.
• ·Hosting and infrastructure provider. The provider that serves this site processes server logs on our behalf.
• ·Legal and safety. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.

These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common industry standard for responding to it. Because this site does not track visitors across websites or over time in the first place, we do not change our behavior in response to Do Not Track signals. There is no tracking to disable.

We do not permit third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your online activities on this site.

Contact form submissions arrive as email and are retained in our inbox as business correspondence for as long as the inquiry is relevant, and then deleted on request or during routine cleanup. Server logs are retained by our infrastructure provider for a short period under their standard retention schedule.

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@ghostwing.ai from the address you contacted us with, or tell us enough to locate the record. We will respond within a reasonable period, and we will not treat you differently for making a request.

Because we collect so little, a deletion request is usually just deleting the email thread you sent us.

This policy is provided in part to satisfy the California Online Privacy Protection Act. The categories of personally identifiable information we collect, the categories of third parties we disclose it to, our process for reviewing and requesting changes to that information, our process for notifying you of material changes, and the effective date of this policy are all stated above.

GhostWing does not currently meet the thresholds that make a business subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there, and we honor access and deletion requests as described above regardless.

This site is operated from the United States, and information you send us is stored and processed there. If you contact us from outside the United States, you are sending your information to the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your country. Our basis for handling what you send is our legitimate interest in responding to an inquiry you chose to initiate. You can ask us to delete it at any time using the address above.

This site is directed to defense, government, and commercial organizations. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send us confidential, classified, proprietary, or export-controlled material through this site. If you need to share something sensitive, contact us first and we will arrange an appropriate channel.

If we change this policy materially, for example by adding analytics or collecting information we do not collect today, we will post the updated policy on this page and change the effective date above. Where the change is significant and we have your contact information, we will tell you directly.
